| Within moments of submitting your order, WorkbenchXpress.com automatically sends you confirmation email explaining how soon you can expect to hear from us again. |

| 3. We Calculate Final Shipping Costs |
| At WorkbenchXpress.com it is our goal to provide first, the safest most efficient mode of transportation for your products, and second the most economical rate available. We are proud partners with a select number of quality shipping and delivery services and will do our best to provide the best solution based on your individual order. |

| 4. Recieve Updated Order Total |
| Once your shipping costs are calculated you will recieve an email detailing each item within the order, thier costs, a subtotal, extra charges such as tax and the added shipping, as well as billing and shipping address information. |

| 5. Reply to Accept The Order Total |
| Read the order total carefully and send your reply to sales@lumberxpress.com to confirm acceptance of the order. Charges will be placed on your account ONLY once we recieve your acceptance. |

| 6. We Ship! You Recieve! |
| Once we recieve your confirmation, we will hand package your order and ship it directly to you through the shipment carrier defined in the reciept. |
